Another weekend away in the Victorian country side! Halfway between woop wopp and the middle of nowhere.

I live within 5mins walk from the all mighty Queen Victoria Markets.
I still cannot believe that smack bang in the middle of the city there is a place where fruit and veg is sold at less than half the price of leading supermarkets.
I went this morning and came back is a basket full to the brim with over 6kg of veg and I only spent $15 (including the steamer pictured on the side)!

We extended our trip into central NSW this time for almost 10 days.
As much as I appreciate Melbourne it's always great to get away.
This is how the majority of out time was spent there.

OCCUPY MELBOURNE
these where taken a few days ago, already the police occupation heavily outweighed the protestors.
today, there have bee riot police involved and so far one person arrested.
the protestors have been asked to leave by the council but are not complying therefore the police are taking control violently.
it's odd how the occupy protests have spread to australia but as you can see on the signs what they're protesting about have nothing to do with what the initial occupy wall st was all about.
i'm confused.
but what a beautiful community atmosphere they have built for themselves non the less.

looking through old photos, i believe this is the ideal image and portrayal of woodford folk festival. she's so damn beautiful even after several days of sweating and not showering i miss her like hell.

I have returned from a little town 5hrs north of melbourne called wagga wagga.
My friend michael, (featured in all the below photos) owns a house and a farm in the little town.
A weekend full of;
- climbing through train tracks to sit beside a speeding train as it goes by
- 4 wheel drunk biking
- falling off those bikes
- liters of red wine
- petrol on fires
- flying little planes (!!!!!!!!!)

a kitchen experience. my roommate and i have discovered the incredible difference that a few plants in the kitchen make the the general atmosphere.
plants that not only look good but taste good too!

a mirrored melbourne city. as part of a uni assignment i created a copy of van she's 'so high' film clim, just instead of a tokyo high speed train i was on a general melbourne to brighton slow train. here's the original- and here's my melbourne version-

managed to get out of home and take a train trip to the beach today. i've been really slack with uni recently and i think i've made up for it with the footage i've accomplished today. maybe. hopefully.. in further news i recieved a package from poland containing a 1930's original dress and plenty of pack soups. why are packet soups so much better tasting there?

strolled to the queen victoria markets today for my sunday groceries.
usually i manage to spend under 40$ and purchase bags full of vegetables and fruit which last me for 2 weeks.. today i had something slightly different in mind.
